Offer and Agreement

All offers from Digifrost are non-binding.
The agreement is concluded when the customer confirms a collaboration with Digifrost via phone or email.
Digifrost reserves the right to refuse orders without providing a reason.

Prices

All prices on the website are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment can be made via a monthly invoice. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Guarantee and Complaints

Digifrost guarantees that the services meet the agreement, the specifications listed in the offer, and reasonable requirements for quality and usability.

Digifrost aims to respond to complaints within 1 business day.

Liability

Digifrost is not liable for damages caused by the incorrect use of Digifrost services.
The liability of Digifrost is limited to the amount of the order.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. These terms are globally applicable to all agreements, regardless of the customer’s country. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Sweden.
